I bought two. One was in fine condition and it looks like it will serve thepurpose intended when I purchased it. The other was broken. The bag dispenser hole has a broken ring. I sent a request to you the day I received it and have not heard how I can return it. Could you let me know? thanks
Just received it in the mail and I am a little disappointed. I wish it was bigger (maybe twice as tall). It holds about 25 bags max totally stuffed. Also, the plastic ring at the top where you attach it to a hook was split and separated into 2 pieces as soon as I removed it from the package. I snapped it back together but it comes apart with the slightest pressure, so I guess I will try some super glue. And it would be good if they included some hardware to fasten it to the wall or door. I will go to Home Depot and get a ring and carabiner.
I have this bag holder on a hook next to my leash hooks, and stuff it with produce bags from the grocery store for use when we take the dogs on walks. The holder is bright and attractive, and does exactly what I need it to do.
