3.0 Good bottle but needs improvement

Love the bottle, size, and quality. However, I purchased six of these bottles and put them straight in the dishwasher. One of the bottles had the cap come loose and fall off onto the bottom of the dishwasher. This landed on the heating element and burned the cap in two. I thought this was just something careless on my end, but I did see someone else (on Amazon) have the same issue. Emailed reuseit but I am nowhere with it. Emailed nalgene and see maybe if I can get an answer/replacement from them. By Christiana H

I purchased some Nagalene bottles a few years ago and am still using most of them. I take ice tea to work. So I put a little water in the bottle, stick it in the freezer then fill with tea in the morning. The bottles are sturdy and have withstood years of this.View All
