Design and Functionality
Platypus Tank is an extremely durable, ultra-compact replacement for use-and-toss water jugs, saving money and reducing waste. It has an easy-to-fill, wide-mouth zipper opening (which also makes for easy cleaning) and a sturdy nylon handle. When empty, the tank collapses flat for incredibly convenient storage and transport.

Use the tank to fill Platypus SoftBottles instead of disposable cups or rigid bottles. Available in 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 liters.

It was perfect for our school's Field Day. Enough water for all the kids without the waste. Easy to fill and carry. I filled it with ice cubes to keep the water cold throughout the day. Great product!

4.0 a great way to carry water at camp

carries a lot of water easily and sits very stable while not in use. the ziplock top is very stiff...but you really don't need to use it when filtering or filling with piped water. big top opening makes drying easy. takes up very little room when empty.

5.0 built like a tank

Great water bottle, use it every day...very strong, and can take a beating without bursting....only wish is that the closing mechanism had some sort of blue and yellow makes green type of indicator so you can be absolutely sure it's closed. I use it mostly at work and just pour water throughout the day from my table...the handles are strong and bomb proof...great product
