The proprietary EcoCare liner is a bake-on, polymer powder coating which is sprayed evenly onto the bottle interior and bonded to the aluminum shell at nearly 200 degrees Celsius to form a permanent, flexible barrier. Just 40 microns thick, this coating comprises only a few grams per bottle and in no way interferes with the ultimate recycling of your SIGG. Care Instructions
- Do not freeze your SIGG aluminum bottle – it will crack!
- Rinsing your SIGG thoroughly under the faucet with warm, soapy water at the end of every day and letting it air dry with the top off provides sufficient cleaning in most cases
- When more thorough cleaning is required, you can use baking soda and vinegar
- For tough jobs, pick up some SIGG cleaning tablets or Skweet.
- Do not use a hard bristled brush to clean the interior of your SIGG bottle as this may damage the liner.

I've had sigg bottles for years but never a Brush that fit in them to clean them...so I'd set rules that they can only be used for water, etc., and after several times of smoothies being left in them and having to fill with hot water and shake and repeat ten or more times to get the bottle clean, I decided to buy the brush. It doesn't have any wire at the tip, which is what contributed to my other bottle brush scratching my stainless steel water bottles. The other reviewers are right- this is a winner. I bought it for my 27 oz. Klean Kanteen, because it was hard to clean the sides with my other bottle brush. This is perfect! The handle is flexible enough so that it allows you to clean around the nooks and crannies of different containers, but stiff enough that you can really scrub it clean. An added use- if you own an ISI whipped cream maker, it's perfect for cleaning it out, too! It doesn't scratch, but it's perfect for deep cleaning the bits of remaining cream that cling to the inside of the bottle, and the tiny brush helps clean the dispenser head! The bottle brush has a bit larger bristles than expected and they are a bit more firm than expected. it gets the job done, however, with a bit of flinging of water/soap while pulling the brush from the bottle. I first bought the SIGG bottles and thought that I didn't need the brush. Really, I have tons of bottle brushes at home and one of them had to fit, right? Wrong. Not a single one did. I highly recommend buying the brush at the time you buy the bottles. The bristles are fairly sturdy and it also fits right in the SIGG bottles no problem (imagine that). By J. R

Aside from the fact that it fits into the narrow bottle and reaches to the bottom, I don't really like this brush. Too few bristles, only on one side of the brush, and the "ergomonic" handle is angled such that it is incredibly awkward to clean the bottle with it. I tried another brush, however, and it was too short and the round bristles made it impossible to get in and out of the bottle. So I believe that putting soap inside and shaking the bottle several times works just as well. If you need a deep cleaning, use the cleaning tabs! Brush just wasn't worth it, to me. By Sonya T

I've had some Sigg bottles for a while and made do with the bottle brush I had to clean them when they needed the extra cleaing. But this works so much better, especially the small one for cleaning the mouth piece. By Jacqueline K

Good bottle brushes, though a bit pricy. If you can find a regular bottle brush with bristles that wrap around to the bottom, it will be cheaper and work almost as well. The small one would be harder to replace. I'd rate these 4 or 5 star if it wasn't for the price. By Lisa C

I bought this for my SIGG bottle but have found it useful on all types of water bottles. It makes it extremely easy to clean the small mouth bottles - the brush can easily fit inside the mouth of the bottle and is long enough to reach the bottom. I use it with soap and water.View All
