I was a little worried about how long the food would stay warm, but this thermos has done it's job! I'm always sure to prewarm it with hot water and the food is always hot 4 - 5 hours later. Great size for my daughter's lunch! We haven't had any problems with leaking either.

5.0 Really great for kids' lunches

We've been using this Thermos for a couple months now for our son's lunch, and it really is just about perfect. Fill it up with boiling water right when you get up, heat up the food while the kiddo eats breakfast. It's wide-mouth, so pretty easy to get food in and out. It holds about the right amount of food for a youngest elementary kid. We use it not only for soups, but also for cut up burritos (it holds an Amy's burrito perfectly), dumplings, whatever. So far it's surviving the dishwater just fine. Definitely recommended.
