This thermos is great: you can prepare your tea in it and put it in your bag and it won't leak (even if it ends up upside down). I really like it.

The search for a great tea thermos will have to continue, because this one misses the mark on an important point---it spills tea occasionally while I'm sipping. It's beyond frustrating and does not appear to be caused by a hole in my lip. Rather, no matter how tight the sipping cap is, a small amount of liquid leaks out every 10 sips or so. It's the strangest thing---so much so that for 6 weeks I've been convincing myself that I was just being sloppy. But, upon closer inspection, it's clear the liquid is leaking from the spot where the cap meets the thermos. Otherwise, I love the ability to brew tea in this thermos, its sleek design, and its ability to retain heat. However, I would have preferred a slightly larger thermos, as the other reviewers have noted.

This is a wonderful thermos, I've had mine for a few years and have loved using it. It has a very secure lid and does a good job of maintaining heat/cold. It has been thrown in my bag many times and never leaked (as long as the lid is on correctly.) I know that the volume seems a bit small, but it really is a perfect size, and not at all bulky. A very good product!

Great idea to combine the stainless steel thermos with the tea infuser. I've used it every day since it came. Just wish they made an even larger model. A 16 oz or even an 18 oz would be nice.

I use this every day, it's great for my commute and for keeping my coffee hot at my desk. The thermos is small enough to fit inside a pocket on my medium sized messenger bag, so I always have it with me. It easily fits a small coffee with room for cream or milk, and keeps coffee hot for hours at my desk - no more cold coffee, and fewer coffee cups thrown in the garbage. Also, this thermos rinse out easily for trip home and closes tightly so that nothing leaks into my bag during my commute. Great product!

When I bought this mug about 6 years ago, I paid $30 for it. I almost walked away from it b/c it was $30, but a friend of mine asked, "How often do you drink coffee?" "Uhm, every day." "And how often do you spill it?" "Uhm, almost every day." This is seriously the best purchase I've ever made. I've left the mug in my bag for 6 or 7 hours and opened it to find hot coffee and no leaks... You can literally throw this mug upside down in your bag and it will not leak. Buy it if you drink coffee.

Overall, this mug is slim, tall, leakproof, beautiful design, and very functional and compact. The quality of tea made in this mug is as good as ones made in tea pot as long as the leaf is of good quality (sentimental value not included). The diameter of the mug at its widest (around lid) is only 75mm (3in) so it will fit in most briefcases together with a book and couple manila folders. I just wish it was 8.5in tall and 350ml capacity. Unlike so many poorly designed products, you know this one was designed by designers and engineers who love tea and coffee.

This is absolutely the greatest travel coffee/tea tumbler EVER made. It truly keeps hot drinks HOT (for 4-6 hours!) and cold drinks COLD. It is virtually indestructible and has never leaked (even when thrown in a backpack). I just love it. This is my third one. The first was even run over by a car (and still worked great) but was left with my ex. The second was taken over by my step-father and FINALLY (5 years later) I found one here at a decent price and treated myself to my long lost friend. Nissan. :o) the ONLY thing I wish -- is that it was larger (16-22 oz). It only holds 12 oz. and that is my only complaint about this trooper of a mug.
