Whether you' re working outdoors, skiing, hiking, camping, golfing or taking your pet for a morning stroll, Wonder Warmers will keep you warm from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Simply place in your gloves, pocket, sleeping bags, to insulate and keep you warm. Warmers also work well to soothe and relieve body, muscle and other aches.

Use instructions:

If pad is in solid state, it needs to be recharged. If pad is in liquid state, it is charged. Recharge within two weeks of use and store in liquid ready-to-use state when not in use. Wrap in solid cloth to prevent direct contact with pot when boiling to recharge. Place in boiling water and boil until all crystals melt- about 10 minutes. Doubles as a cooling pack if placed in fridge, too (do not place in freezer).

Care Instructions
Do not heat in microwave nor store in freezer. Discard if punctured. Allow to cool after recharging (“boiling) before use. Consult a medical professional before using if you have a heart condition, diabetes, poor blood circulation, nerve problems/lack of sensitivity to heat, damaged skin, rheumatoid arthritis, are pregnant or plan to treat a medical condition. Do not use on bruises 48 hours after injury. Designed for external use only. Check for heat burns or blisters frequently and stop use if found.

Tips

Insulate in gloves or pocket to retain heat.
Place warmer in cloth or above clothing if too hot.
Can also be used as a cold pack (but do not freeze).
Place in refrigerator an hour before desired use.
Warmers should be able to be reused until and if pad is punctured.

4.0 Amazing - but not a great deal of heat

These are incredibly cool, and it's fun to watch them crystallize and get hot when you rock the little metal disk. I found the heat output a little disappointing - not very hot, doesn't last very long (maybe 1/2 hour at best) - but the fact that they work at all seems a little miraculous. I found I needed to simmer them in water about 1/2 hour to recharge.

2.0 Doesn't stay warm.

We bought these for ski days. They do heat up but they cool off so quickly they are not very useful.

3.0 too much trouble

Though this product gets nice and warm, once it cools off you have to wrap it in a towel and put it in boiling water, not the microwave, to get it back to the liquid state then cool it down so that you can snap it again to get it solid and warm again. I think it is more trouble than it is worth. So although it is reuseable it is not worth it for me.
