I love this bottle, I have been looking for a good glass bottle for ages and I and very happy with this one. It is leak proof--really! I am very good about closing the lid tightly whenever I put it in my purse and I have had NO leaks, which makes me very happy. I've had so many bottles leak on me! The good thing about this one is that you can tell if it isn't tightened, so there's no chance of thinking you've tightened it when you haven't, if that makes sense. That is my biggest problem with SIGG bottles--it can seem like they are closed when they aren't.This bottle is a little heavy but I think it is necessary for a glass bottle--it has taken it's share of minor hits and it is solid, which makes me very happy.
The lid has two possible ways to open it, which I didn't learn for several weeks. You can unscrew the inside part of the top and drink out of it, but I warn you to be careful with this because this IS something that is easy to forget about closing and water will flow freely out if tipped (I had several accidents before I decided to just unscrew the whole lid to drink, which isn't a problem in any way).
I'm very happy with this bottle! Can't believe it's such a deal! Last thing: you'll want to wash this bottle regularly (I do mine about once a week), which is something I never did often with other bottles (I only put water in them and only I use them). This bottle however will develop a mold or something (natural from our mouths), but this bottle is so easy to wash that it's not a problem.

I didn't care for the mouth piece on this bottle (too wide), I spilled water on myself every time I took a sip so I just started taking the top off and drinking from the rim of the bottle. I also think the glass was too thing because the first time it got dropped on the floor it shattered into pieces. I've dropped my Starbucks glass water bottle before and thankfully it hasn't cracked or shattered yet, but I noticed that it's thicker glass.I got this water bottle when it was on sale for $5.95 so I'm not too broken up about it breaking. But I do love the concept of glass water bottles over plastic ones & even stainless steel.

My plastic was broken (not the glass) but Reuseit handled the issue well.I was excited to try this bottle. I liked the idea of not having to take off the top for each drink. However the structure was not the best. It is not easy to drink when your mouth happens to be over the part of the lid that connects the center to the edge. The water pours around that bridge and hits the corners of your lips. If you rotate it just a little, then it pours in the center. Not convenient.

I won this in a giveaway a while back and forgot to write my review after using the bottle a few times. I use this bottle almost every day for water around the house. The large mouth makes it easy to put ice cubes in and the screw cap seal helps control the amount of water that comes through (a major plus for those of us with sensitive teeth). One downside is condensation on the bottle when ice is used, but luckily the bottle fits perfectly in a can cozy, so I don't have any problems. By Margo F

I like that the body of this water bottle is clear so you can see how much water is left in it. The top works well - much like drinking out of a glass, but it can be closed so it won't spill if tipped over. I wouldn't use this for working out, though. I would be afraid it would break if dropped on a hard surface, and it would be easy to slosh water around while trying to drink from it while you're moving around. By Janene M

I love the feel and shape of this glass bottle, but for the life of me, I can't get the hang of drinking out of it. I spill everytime. I only drink water from it, so it's never been a disaster, but it is too annoying for me to continue to use it. Such a shame b/c I LOVE the bottle. By Alice F

This bottle is great! I have another seemingly made by the same company (leafy sunshine design) which is a bit thicker glass and love it as well. It has never leaked on my but the twist top is a little hard for toddlers to drink from so I take the lid off entirely if my kids want a drink "from Mommy's cool bottle". I love the little "tap water" design too, very humorous!View All
