5.0 Cavernous Lunch Tote

This large lunch tote was initially used as my daily work lunch tote. The sturdy construction with durable materials held up during my walks to work as it was strapped to the outside of my backpack and exposed to the elements (wind, snow, rain, sun). The black and white polka dot color is professional for the office and offsets the black bags I carry. The shape of the bag is deceiving inthat it looks medium-sized but is in fact very large. I'm able to carry bento boxes, or tiered stainless steel tiffins, thermos jars for hot soups or stews, bamboo utensils, and a reusable Built NY sandwich bag (matching blk/white dots) for snacks during the work day. The size of the tote can be adjusted by the roll-top feature, so I can carry just a bento or I can pack it full to the brim and still close the tote with the quick-release buckle system. For the price of the product and the durability of the materials, this was a great value for me. Since it has withstood the elements, it should be fine when I pack it for dog sledding up north and for frequent road trips for work. This will be my last lunch tote because of its excellent workmanship.

4.0 Larger than the picture

I got a shock when I saw the lunch bag as it is larger than what I had expected though I had a ruler ready when I ordered it. I had half expected it to be able to be flattened for easy storage like the other lunch bags from Built but it doesn't. I was looking for a 'manly' lunch bag for my husband and this fits well.

Very sturdy, large enough to hold several food containers and drinks. Can be folded more or less to suit size of items inside. Love, worth every penny.
