I've been using these toothbrushes and replaceable heads for over 2 years now. I'm very happy with the product and the fact that I don't have to buy any more cheap, disposable toothbrushes anymore.
I bought two of these toothbrushes for my husband and I to take on trips. We used them this past weekend and I was very happy with the quality of the brushes and the sturdiness of the handle. I haven't tried swapping out the head yet, but the one that's on now is not loose. If I didn't know already that the head is replaceable, I wouldn't be able to tell from just looking at it or based on how it feels and works. I'm happy with the product.
I bought this toothbrush last month but waited to open it. I figure that syncing up the start of a new toothbrush with a 90 day prescription will keep me on the ball to change it out.
I've been excitedly reminding my family all week that it was almost time for my new toothbrush, so I really hoped it was actually as awesome as I built up in my head. It totally is!
Even though the bristles are "soft," they have amazing cleaning power. I feel like my teeth are literally squeaky clean. I made sure to order the 3 pack of replacement heads when I ordered the toothbrush to take advantage of the flat rate shipping. Besides being a great quality toothbrush, I like the idea that 15 months worth of toothbrushes, which would normally mean 5 full size toothbrushes, take up the space of two, and when out of their packaging and at the end of their product life, they'll take up so very little space in the trash.
Just tried this toothbrush for the first time and I'm very pleased. The head is compact and gentle on the gums. It also delivers great cleaning power! I'm using only this toothbrush from now on. I've already got my replacement heads.
I bought two of these for my fiance and I, and they are great! I was a little worried that they wouldn't be high enough quality, but they are at least as good, if not better, than brands like colgate and the like. The heads are a bit smaller, but after a day or two you're used to it. I highly recommend these for anyone who wants to make a small difference in our trash problems.
I've been looking for an eco-friendly toothbrush for about a year, and was dissatisfied with the other options because they were too much of a switch from my regular toothbrush. These, however, are great! They look and feel like a regular toothbrush with a slightly smaller head. It took my family about two days to get used to the smaller head. I ordered two brushes, and they sent different colors, which was a nice bonus. The brushes fit easily into our countertop toothbrush holder. I haven't had to replace the heads yet, but the process looks like it will be easy. I'm glad that I can do one more thing to reduce our household plastic usage.
I hate throwing things away! It's great to know I can minimize what I'm throwing away by using this tooth brush! So far, I'm very happy with it. It seems to work just as well as any other tooth brush.
I just use this toothbrush for the first time today and love it!! The bristle are soft, and get in between my teeth well. What I love about is that the head replacements dont take up to much space in my gym bag.
I've been searching for replaceable-head toothbrushes for a while now, and have been pleased with these. My boyfriend suggested that the brush's smaller head made it easier for him to brush his back teeth. I appreciated that I was sent two different colored handles, since my boyfriend and I will both be using them, and it is easy to tell our brushes apart.
These are awesome....the best idea since the invention of the toothbrush! Why throw away the whole thing when only the bristles need replacing! The handle is a nice size,a bit on the longer side but still fine, it fits fine in our toothbrush holder, comfortable, the head is just right, not too large or too small. the bristles last a long time as well so you can just replace it once they are worn, I just disinfect it occasionally with some grapefruit seed extract or some peroxide and hot water. The head has never fallen out and I only just replaced mine and my husbands after 6+ months (mine could have gone longer but I went ahead and replaced it this time.) It would still be nice though if we could get the handles to be recycled some way. Seriously I don't see the need for all these different toothbrushes, really just brush your teeth. ;)
I am so excited about these toothbrushes! I was using the Preserve toothbrushes before but find that I like the shape and angle of these much better. I was also surprised by the quality of construction - they are very sturdy and durable. I haven't changed the head yet but am so happy that I don't have to continually replace the entire toothbrush!
Quality construction...comfortable to use...LOVE that I don't have to throw an entire toothbrush out every 3 months...highly recommended!
Used the product for years with good results. Delighted to find a source, since local stores stopped carrying the refills.
The Eco-dent line of toothbrushes are the best because besides being a good product they are very green. You don't dispose of the whole toothbrush. You just throw away the bristle head. Got to love this concept!!! Do they work? Yes. They are well built and sturdy enough to last. They do their job at teeth cleaning. The handle is thin and long so you can reach those back teeth and also maneuver the brush around the mouth and teeth easily.
I hate throwing out whole toothbrushes because they're no longer useful to use on teeth (reincarnated as mini-scrubbers though), but this way I only toss the head and that cuts down on waste quite a bit. I also like the small head.
I do like these toothbrushes a lot. However, I find that they get gunky a lot more quickly than store bought toothbrushes, so I am replacing heads almost monthly. Also, it would be great if they came in more designs and colors so each family member can recognize their own toothbrush...
Easy to change heads and easy to clean. The only issue is a little funk build up on the underside where the head snaps in. I always soak mine in a little rubbing alcohol or peroxide to defunk the underside where the head snaps in. The heads hold up very well and well, I think that handle is going to last years. Great way to reduce which is always the best way to go!
My fav toothbrush was the Oral-B Advantage Plus and I kind of didn't want to make the switch because I was worried I wouldn't like this one because the head was smaller and I thought the head wouldn't stay on since it's replaceable and all. The eco-dent feels like a normal toothbrush and the smaller head can get into hard to reach places, so this is my new fav brush! However I'm subtracting a star because the bottom too big to fit in my old toothbrush holder. I haven't tried replacing the head yet either so I'll have to write another review later.
