This bag is larger than I thought it would be which is good. I was able to fit our Bright Bin box into the bag and still have room for other items inclusing a drink bottle. The cold pack does not snap into place as the description says. Rather, there is a mesh pocket inside the bag to place the cold pack into. The pocket comes in handy when not using the cold pack to hold utensils or napkin. My 7-year-old uses this and it's a great size for him.
