Highlights
Why It Gets Our Seal of Approval
  • Stick-shaped ice cube tray for use in reusable water bottles
  • Also work for making food molds
  • Each ice cube tray contains 8 ice molds
  • Flexible silicone allows ice/molds to easily pop out
  • Dishwasher safe
  • Comes in set of 2: one blue and one teal color tray

Getting ice into narrower-mouth water bottles can be extremely difficult - cubes don't fit, and crushed ice can make a mess. Progressive International's Flexible Ice Trays are long and rectangular, so your ice drops right down the neck of your SIGG, Klean Kanteen or other reusable water bottle.

The tray is made of flexible silicone, so you don't have to twist and crack to get the ice - just bend the tray and a bit and the ice sticks pops out. Also works as a mold for other foods like Jell-O, chocolate or butter.

Additional Details
Get ice into your narrow-mouth reusable water bottle with a stick or two from Progressive International's flexible ice trays. Just fill the tray up with water and put it in the freezer for rectangular ice that fits easily into your bottle. To avoid spilling, place the tray on a firm surface such as a cutting board to carry it from the sink to the freezer. Or, place the tray in the freezer and bring a glass of water to fill it up there.

Materials
TPR is a thermoplastic rubber based silicone

Sustainability
Single-use, disposable water bottles and beverage containers create millions of tons of unnecessary waste each year - not to mention the resources required to make all those bottles in the first place. According to the Container Recycling Institute, less than 15% of plastic water bottles in the U.S. are actually recycled. Using reusable bottles helps preserve natural resources while saving money in the process.

3.0 To flimsy, drips on the way to freezer

Comments about Product:

I love the fact that it is not plastic, and the shape of the cubes, but when I fill it, not all the way, it is hard to keep it flat on the way to the freezer and it pours on the floor. Then, unless I put a plastic bag between the trays, they stick together. Getting the cubes out was tough and I had to pour warm water over it to get them out.

5.0 LOVEEE IT

Comments about Product:

I absolutely love it. I have one ice tray at home and another at a friends house. Easy to fill and pop the ice out. Ice doesn't last long but it does chill your water. I would buy more if I need them.

5.0 Best Ice for Water Bottles!

Comments about Product:

Love using these! I use the ice for a variety of different reusable water bottles. It always used to be a challenge to fit regular ice cubes in different Nalgenes and Camelbacks. Not any more!

5.0 great idea

Comments about Product:

Always getting frustrated trying to find the right cube from the bag/tray to fit my water bottle...now it's so easy. Too bad it's winter now and I don't need ice cold water! That only encourages me to try the other uses for them such as garlic butter or polenta or... Good price too. They take a steady hand to keep from spilling water when making ice as they do not have much of a rim.

4.0 Great product

Comments about Product:

I like that these fit the mouths of our water bottles and they're easy for my kids to use. With our large family (2 adults, 5 children), we need a lot of ice for our numerous water bottles. I also like that I can stack them while they're freezing, I just wish they were a bit more rigid so I could stop spilling water after filling them.

5.0 Ice cubes that fit in my water bottle

Comments about Product:

These ice cubes fit very well into my water bottle. They are just the right size to slip right in! I kept one of the trays and gave the other to my daughter, and so she uses them too. The trays are pliable, yet as near as I can tell, unbreakable.

4.0 Perfect Size!

Comments about Product:

I used these ice stick trays the day after I got them. They indeed do fit through the narrowest mouth water bottle. It did take a whole tray of ice sticks to chill my water bottle but it is a big one. I just wish the tray were firmer because it keeps bending on the way to the freezer after a refill.
