Do reuseit® products come with a product guarantee?
We stand behind everything we make – and like Patagonia, the North Face and Timberland, our product guarantee reflects this commitment to quality. reuseit® products are 100% guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for life. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown materials over extended use and time.
Like all our products, if you are not satisfied at the time you receive it, can return unused merchandise for a replacement, refund or exchange. While very rare, occasionally defects can occur. We will replace these at no charge to you.
What does “lifetime” mean?
Our bags are covered under warranty to the original owner for the lifetime of the product (this does not mean your lifetime.) Many of our customers are still using bags we produced way back in 2003 and they’re still going strong – take care of them and they should last you for years and years!
Is normal wear and tear covered by warranty?
No. All of our products are manufactured to our strict standards. However, no matter how carefully you use and care for your bags, they will eventually show age and wear. Our guarantee covers workmanship and materials, but it does not cover normal wear and tear.
Do you offer repair service?
Unfortunately, we don’t at this time. Keep in mind, most small tears and split seams can be repaired with a quick pass through the sewing machine. Most dry cleaning services also offer repair services for a nominal fee.
