How to Order

How do I order?

Ordering products from reuseit.com® is easy. On each product’s page, enter a quantity and click the "add to cart" button. To view your cart or checkout, click the orange cart button in the upper right corner of your screen and follow the prompts

Any alternatives to ordering online?

Yes. If you prefer, you can complete your order offline via phone, at 888.707.3873.We are a small company so you may get our voice mail. If so please leave a message--we will call you back!

How do I contact customer service?

Can I place an international order through reuseit.com®?

Do you charge sales tax?

We only collect applicable state and local taxes for orders shipped to Illinois.

What if an item is out of stock?

We cannot take backorders on out-of-stock items. If you are interested in an out-of-stock item, please sign up for Notify Me to receive an email when the item is available. If an item in your order goes out of stock before it’s shipped, you will receive an email in 1-2 business days about your options. Generally, these include:

  • A substitution - the same item in a different color if available
  • Splitting the order, shipping available items immediately and shipping the out of stock items at no additional charge when available
  • Hold your order and ship it when complete (does not apply to discontinued items)

In the rare instance an item is out of stock for an extended period we will keep you up-to-date on expected arrival times.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and PayPal. We DO NOT accept personal checks. For mail/fax orders please send money orders or business checks. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars.

Order Tracking

How can I track my domestic package?

If your order is shipping to the United States, you will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information. Log into your account at any time and go to My Account to check on the status of your order.

*If you did not create an account at check out you can still log in to cancel your order. Get a system-generated password by following the instructions here.

How can I track my international package?

Tracking on international packages is currently only available for orders shipped with DHL Courier. Please contact Customer Service for tracking information on your DHL Courier package by sending an email to service@reuseit.com

Cancellations

How do I cancel my order?

Log into your account and click on My Account*. If the status is Pending you can cancel your order by clicking "view" and writing "cancel order" in the comments section at the bottom. If the status is no longer Pending the order has already been processed and can no longer be canceled.

*If you did not create an account at check out you can still log in to cancel your order. Get a system-generated password by following the instructions here.

Changing Your Order

How can I add to or edit my order?

If you have a reuseit.com® account:

To modify an order, log into your reuseit.com® account and click on My Account. If the status is Pending you can modify your order by clicking "view" and writing the changes you would like to make in the comments section at the bottom. Please be sure your email address and phone number are accurate in case we need to contact you about the changes you request. If the status is no longer Pending the order has already been processed and can no longer be modified.

If you'd like to combine multiple existing orders, please add a comment in each order that is still pending, otherwise there's a chance that the other orders will not be flagged and continue processing.

What if I didn't save a password?

If a password was not saved at the end of check-out, you can login using a random system-generated password to your email address.  

  1. Visit https://secure-www.reuseit.com/store/password_forgotten.php
  2. Enter your email address and click "Continue" to send it to your email address
  3. Once you receive the email, click on "My Account" (https://secure-www.reuseit.com//store/login.php)
  4. Login as a "Returning Customer" using your email address and the password.

Once you login, you can always update the password when you are in your account.

Availability and Notify Me

How can I be notified when a product comes back in stock?

Any product that is out of stock will have a red message stating "All styles are sold out" or "Coming Soon" on the product page. Just click the link, fill out the form, and when the item(s) you select come back in stock, you'll receive an email from us.

Please note that you'll receive a separate email for each item you select. Once we send that email, you won't receive another notification unless you request it again. To be sure you receive your email, add "service@reuseit.com" to your address book so the email is not marked as spam.
