Changing Your Order
How can I add to or edit my order?
If you have a reuseit.com® account:
To modify an order, log into your reuseit.com® account and click on My Account. If the status is Pending you can modify your order by clicking "view" and writing the changes you would like to make in the comments section at the bottom. Please be sure your email address and phone number are accurate in case we need to contact you about the changes you request. If the status is no longer Pending the order has already been processed and can no longer be modified.
If you'd like to combine multiple existing orders, please add a comment in each order that is still pending, otherwise there's a chance that the other orders will not be flagged and continue processing.
What if I didn't save a password?
If a password was not saved at the end of check-out, you can login using a random system-generated password to your email address.
- Visit https://secure-www.reuseit.com/store/password_forgotten.php
- Enter your email address and click "Continue" to send it to your email address
- Once you receive the email, click on "My Account" (https://secure-www.reuseit.com//store/login.php)
- Login as a "Returning Customer" using your email address and the password.
Once you login, you can always update the password when you are in your account.
