Tracking Shipments
Tracking information will be sent to the email address on your account when your order ships. You can also access tracking information in the My Account* section of our website. USPS shipments may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
USPS tracking is not as accurate or real-time as UPS. While your USPS package may appear to be stuck in one place for several days, nearly all packages arrive within the normal 3-7 business days.
In any of the following cases, please contact Customer Service at service@reuseit.com:
• If you see the message "undeliverable as addressed" or "misspent/misdirected" in your tracking information
• If you see the message "delivered" and your package has not been delivered to you
• If your package does not arrive in 20 business days.
*If you did not create an account at check out you can still log in to track your package. Get a system-generated password by following the instructions here.
