Once you receive your price quote, you can place the order on-line or over the phone with one of our customer service reps. To place your order on the phone, just call us at 888.707.3873. Please have your correspondence with our sales department on hand for reference.
Because our website is setup to automatically apply retail pricing, it is important to follow these instructions carefully when placing your order online:
-- Volume Order
-- [Your Company Name]
-- 1st SKU - Price quoted; 2nd SKU - Price quoted
Example: ACM-01 -- 100-499 units -- 4.95/unit
IMPORTANT: Entering in the comment denotes your order as volume and removes it from retail order processing. If this is not done it may result in standard charges being applied to the order and a delay in shipping.
1. To place an order, visit our store.
2. Select the items approved in the quote from our team (remember they must be in quantities of 10+ per SKU). Add them to shopping cart. Click checkout. If a new customer enter in account information; if a returning customer enter in email and password.
3. Proceed through checkout, choose UPS Ground shipping*.
4. In the COMMENTS section, enter in the following:
-- Volume Order -- [Your Company Name]
-- 1st SKU - Price quoted; 2nd SKU - Price quoted
Example: ACM-01 -- 100-499 units -- 4.95/unit
5. Proceed to next page and enter in credit card payment information. Currently, we only accept credit cards for volume/wholesale orders. Although pricing will show retail upon submitting the order, credit cards are not charged until orders ship (they are only authorized once an order is submitted) and we will edit the prices before charging the credit card for the sale.
6. Submit the order. Once it has been submitted, we will review the order and approve it for volume/wholesale pricing and actual shipping costs. Flat-rate and free shipping promotions do not apply to volume orders. Prices will then be adjusted. You will receive automatic updates regarding the status of your order.
*We recommend UPS Ground shipping for volume orders as they offer real-time tracking information and insurance against loss or damage. If you prefer to use USPS shipping you are free to do so.
