Dimensions 2 .5"L x 0.5"W x 9.25"H
Design & Functionality This design comes in three types: pink girl, red boy or purple chimp. The soft “kid” or "chimp" hinges come off easily so you can just use the sticks, or replace the chopsticks with another set. Perfect for use with food traditionally eaten with chopsticks, or a fun way to eat food you'd normally use a fork!
Materials The food-safe chopsticks are made from melamine. Hinges made of food-grade silicone rubber and ABS plastic.
Sustainability Billions of single-use, disposable plastic utensils are consumed each year. Most are used for less than an hour then thrown away - while handy, this "free" convenience comes at a massive cost to society. They generate millions of tons of unnecessary waste each year - not to mention the natural resources required to make them in the first place (the price of which is passed along to consumers). Using reusable utensils helps preserve natural resources, protect the environment and save money in the process.
About Fred & Friends Fred & Friends value product safety. Their philosophy is “safety begins at the design stage of each product, through to the specification of materials, the choice of factory, and the rigorous oversight of production.”
Care Instructions Dishwasher safe. Separate the sticks from the holder when washing.
Tips Because the sticks are pretty far apart, about 3.5", they must be grasped high up to be used effectively. If grasped too low, the sticks cross over and grabbing food becomes impossible. This makes them harder for younger kids to use. This pair of chopsticks are best reserved for older kids who have good motor and hand skills.
The grandkids loved them. They all tried to eat with chopsticks but with little success. Now they are excited to use these chopsticks. It is an eating and learning experience. Was this review helpful? Yes / No

5.0 LOVE them!
Comments about Product:
My son adores these chopsticks! Everytime we are at a Chinese restaurant, he used to make such a mess. Now he's starting to get the hang of it---he's only 2!
I like the rubber guy but it's easier for me to eat without Fred. I've let others use him and they seemed to have a easier time. Would recommend for beginners. It's a hassle for advanced users. Was this review helpful? Yes / No
My girls love these! They are 6 and 4. My 4 year old has trouble but my 6 year old uses them when ever she can. We've had them for two years. Was this review helpful? Yes / No

1.0 Don't buy these
Comments about Product:
They're cute, but absolutely impossible to use. The character is too flexible, the chopsticks too slippery, and it's impossible for even an adult to pick up anything with these chopsticks. Too bad! Was this review helpful? Yes / No
