We love this bag largely because every piece of it is made in the USA (fabric, 100% recycled insulation, strap, ice pack), and it's hand-assembled here too! It's the first in a series of “Made in the USA” products from our critically acclaimed reuseit™ line. Based on designs that are customer favorites and proven winners, this bag is just the right size to fit in a work or school bag (or, use the shoulder strap to carry on its own).
High-performance insulation is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles and containers. It helps keep heat-sensitive food cool for hours and protects contents from getting crushed. Sophisticated two-tone color combinations feature darker interior linings that will hide the occasional stain. Each lunch bag includes a free non-toxic, reusable ice pack. Design & Functionality
A "mini-fridge" sized just right with plenty of room for a sandwich, bottle and lots of space for goodies. High-performance recycled insulation is top quality, and at more than double the density of other thermal fills, it outperforms cheaper insulation found in mass-market lunch bags. The included non-toxic reusable freezer pack sits in a separate interior pocket and stays cold 3x longer than regular ice, and with no watery mess. Additional features include an adjustable shoulder strap and strong Velcro top closure that keeps contents intact. Pair with coordinating reuseit snack and sandwich bags.
Staff tips: A cold reusable bottle used in place of the freezer pack frees up the interior pocket for other stuff; pre-cooling the lunch bag overnight in the fridge also helps keep it colder, longer.

Its durable shell is made from tough, high-quality nylon fabric that is lead-free. 100%-recycled insulation is made in the USA, comes from plastic bottles and containers and contains no phthalates. We estimate that the insulation used in each lunch bag saves approximately 1-2 plastic bottles from landfills. The non-toxic freezer pack is reusable and also made in the USA. 100%-guaranteed against defects in materials or construction for life. If for any reason the bag fails due to normal wear and tear, we will fix or replace it for you free of charge.

BAD Pink lunch bag
I needed a new bag to take my lunch to work. I order this pick lunch bag. But when I went to put my sandwich and water in the bag it was only big enough for my sandwich and a napkin nothing else! Not even a bag of chips! So this bagwas to small and does not work for me! Brandy

Pros: Made in USA, Easy to clean, Cold Pack, Easy to adjust handle, Easy access Velcro opening, Bright pink color Cons: A little too narrow for some food storage containers. Not enough room for my lunch and water bottle and I only carry half a sandwich, a granola bar, and sometimes a piece of fruit.

This medium size lunch bag is just right for work. It holds alot without being bulky and the little freezer bag keeps everything cool and fresh. Good buy!

Insulated lunch bag

I guess I needed to get out a ruler and see the actual measurements because this lunch bag was a total waste for me. It will not hold two bottles, two plastic containers, two glasses which is what I wanted. I would consider this bag to be a small. It would help if there was a picture of what each lunch bag will hold since you sell bottles and containers. I will give my bag to someone who carries a smaller lunch.

Love it!
I love that these bags are 100% made in the USA! They are constructed well and are great for keeping food cold. I can easily fit my Sigg bottle, a sandwich, fruit and a snack in this bag.

lunch bag

I love these bags. We have been using these for 3 years now and I won't buy any other bag for my kid's lunches. They fit everything including a 6L Sigg bottle, but are not to bulky for my kids to handle (kinder and 2nd grade). Would recommend them to anyone. Added bonus, they come with an ice pack which is great to keep lunches nice and cool.

convenient, small bag
I use this bag to pack my toddler's lunch for daycare. It enables me to pack a couple of containers plus 2 bottles and still is small and easy for me to throw over my shoulder. It's easy to clean too.

Wonderful lunch bag. Fits alot and perfect for a pre-teen to carry since it has no logos. So good in fact, that my son has "lost" two of them in school...I'm convinced they're living in new homes. Time to order more.

Sometimes the fit is a bit snug

I can usually fit a sandwich, a piece of fruit, a bag of chips, a 27 oz Kleen Kanteen, a cloth napkin, freeze pack, and utensils. Occasionally, it takes some effort to get the Velcro shut. Still, I don't think the snug fit justifies a complaint. I've been very happy with this bag.

I've had one of these insulated lunch bags for a while now. I can't believe how much it holds and how well and how long it keeps things nice and cold. My daughter loved mine so much that I recently bought two more. I also liked the fact that the cold pack comes with the lunch bag - no need to purchase one on the side.

We love this bag!
All 3 of my childen have this bag. They use it everyday for their school lunches. It is just the right size for me to send them with lunch and a snack. The strap makes for easy carrying.

Not what I expected

This bag is much smaller than it appears on the website. The design is also poor. The opening at the top is not wide enough to allow you to get containers in. You also can't fit a taller type water bottle (SIG or similar aluminum bottle) because they are too tall. I am returning this bag as it does not fit my needs. It might be good for someone who only carries a sandwich and a fruit, but I need something bigger.
