Design & Functionality
Just like the original reuseit™ Workhorse 1500, our silicone-coated Workhorses have a truly innovative feature – four full-sized bags fit inside a small stuff sack, for convenience and portability. Silicone-coated rip-stop nylon is tough enough to carry a heavy load. Even lighter than the original, each bag weighs a mere 1.3 ounces, but opens into a full-sized, heavy-duty carrier that holds over 30 lbs. The full set can hold more than 120 lbs in all. The handy drawstring pouch can be hung on the door, stashed in the car or purse – so the bags are nearly impossible to forget.

Materials
We work with trusted mills that develop materials for some of the best brands in the industry. Made with 30 denier silicone-coated nylon, considered the gold standard by the outdoor industry to make tents and other outdoor equipment. The silicone coating transforms a lightweight material into something far stronger.

handles too small

I like the material and each bag folds into its own little pouch, so you can pull them out and tuck them in a pocket or purse. But the handles are too small to comfortably carry them. I was surprised and disappointed. I'll try the longer handled versions.

great, light convenient

I love this set of little bags. The pouch fits easily in my purse so I never forget them in the car as I used to do with the larger canvas ones, especially when I stop for just a few little things. I have already saved hundreds of plastic bags. Checkout clerks are amazed when I can whip enough bags for a weeks worth of groceries out of my purse. I've finally mastered opening and refolding quickly.

I got these as gifts for friends and family. They are compact and easy to keep in a purse, so you always have them handy. They are large enough and strong. Especially good to take to Farmers' Markets to carry all the fruits and vegetables.

This is an awesome set of reuseable bags!! If you only buy one product from this site this should be it. Four bags are more than enough for a single person to use to hold a weeks worth of groceries. With the store plastic bags I generally have to use four or five for my food order. With these I can usually get my whole order in two or three if I'm purchasing milk, laundry detergent or some other large bottle type item. These bags hold it all and when I'm finished they pack up nicely in their little pouches. I love them so much that I now have to purchase another set for other needs.

perfect reusable bags

When I go to the grocery, I use at least 4 bags. but carrying 4 reusable bags stuffed into my shoulder bag was always a pain. the pouch makes all the difference. also, I hate the reusable bags that you have to button, or fold into an odd configuration, or that have individual storage pouches. these are 1-piece bags that stuff into tiny balls, very convenient and nothing to lose track of.

World's Smallest Bags -Acme

Wow! I was looking for small, sturdy bags that could actually be crammed full of groceries and I found them! I love Acme's Workhorse Bags. I just keep them in my purse and find that I not only use them for groceries but also use them to help me when my hands are full of my kid's crafts from school, extra clothes, etc. Great Buy!

Best bags ever

I toss these in the pocket of my large market bag for weekly trips to the local Farmers' Market. They are compact and out of the way until needed, and are perfect to contain wet or dirty items. These reusable bags are so easy to clean.

This set fits 4 grocery bags in something the size of a grapefruit. It could pretty much fit in any glove box, purse, bike saddlebag, etc. The portability makes them easy to have with you at any time. The bags themselves are comfortable to carry even when fully loaded (and when you have to walk several blocks).

This purchase was to increase my number of bags so that should tell you what I think of these bags. I love the fact that you can throw one in your purse or pocket and always have a bag on hand for those occasions where you need to carry something. They are wonderful grocery bags because about the time the bag is full is usually about the weight that I can easily carry. They wear wonderfully and wash up even better.
