Design and Functionality
Made of certified organic cotton, these net sacks are larger than standard plastic produce bags found in most grocery stores. Unlike those plastic bags, these sacks can be reused indefinitely. Take them with you to the grocery store or farmer’s market for your fruit and vegetable purchases for another way to say no to plastic. When used with our produce savers you can save money as you help the environment by dramatically increasing the shelf life of your fruits and vegetables. With a drawstring and tight weave, these sacks stretch to hold a variety of things. Helpful Hint
While the Organic Cotton Net Produce Bags are lightweight, be aware that sometimes the bags will add to the net weight of a purchase if produce is left in the bag during check out. Produce scales in the store may be adjusted to only accommodate for plastic bag tare weight -- the Organic Cotton Net Produce Bags are slightly heavier.

Care Instructions
Machine wash cold, drip dry. Store in a cool, dry place. These are natural fibers and mold can grow if they're not stored properly.

I love the small produce/snack, organic cotton net bags. The netting is small enough that small items, cherries, etc. won't fall out. They wash up nicely just throw them in the laundry with the towels. I'm thinking of giving them for Christmas presents. Great product.

Produce net bags
These little bags can be used for so many things. Great for carrying your lunch or snacks, as well as loose fruits and veggies. I just wish I would have bought more than two. I get so many compliments on them!

I had to wait until this bag was back in stock. Worth the wait. I can stuff it in my purse and fill it up out check out. Throw it over my shoulder and carry my stuff.

Well made and great quality. They are heavy so they add extra weight to my grocery bill if the produce is priced by weight. I use them for items that are not sold by weight.

Very cool!
I have other produce bags that are similar, so I knew I would love these…and I do! They are easy to use and carry with me. They are durable and I like the natural look. I will buy more!

Reusable Bags - A New Favorite Gift!
I use these bags on a daily basis. I not only take the bags to the grocery store, I also use them to carry fruits and vegetables in my lunches. They are strong, wash up beautifully in the laundry, and take a lot of wear and tear. I have now started to buy them as gifts for my friends - on Valentine's Day I gave candy AND reusable bags to my friends at work!

I reviewed these shortly after buying them in June 2008. They have been through many washings and are still going strong. I have learned I can wash these along with my dish towels on a normal setting in warm water. I line dry them though. They do add tare weight to your purchase but many store are giving credit for using your own bags, both large and small. I recommend these highly and would buy them again without a second thought.

Nice, but add a little wieght
Nice looking and easy to use. However, they do add some weight to the produce scale and the checkers tend to be confused when I ask them to subtract.

I put onions and garlic in these bags and hang them from wrought iron hooks on my pantry door frame. I like the old style of decorating, warm and cozy, and these bags and few other I bought here do precisely that.

Exactly what I wanted! Bags are light, durable, and transparent. I've had no complaints from cashiers. Unless you buy very large quantities, go with the smaller versions, they are plenty.
