Love these bags!

Flimsy plastic grocery store produce bags are nearly impossible to reuse; these were the first item I purchased from Reuseit.com. I have ten Flip&Tumble bags. They wash perfectly; I use hot water and dry in the dryer, contrary to the label instructions, and I have not had a problem. I am asked repeated at the grocery store about them.

Second Time Ordering These

by Marla K - 05/2012

Love these produce bags. The drawstring closure keeps the contents secure, and the mesh is fine enough to keep the produce in the bag, while still sheer enough to see through (so the cashier doesn't have to open). They wash really well, and have become nice and soft. I also like to store my fruit and veggies in the fridge right in the bags. Have just ordered a second set.

Well made; easy for cashier

by Heather D - 05/2012

I was very pleased with both the quality of these bags and the fact that the cashier can see what is in them, without touching your produce (I had issues in the past with canvas bags). These are a great size. The only thing that annoys me is when you pull the bag closed, the drawstring is very long and gets tangled when you have a full fridge. Other than that - I'm happy with my purchase.

Love the baggu. I used them for my wedding as favors for my close friends and family, filling the bags with treats to make them feel welcome.

I bought a set and loved them so much, bought two more sets. Use them daily! My produce lasts much longer in the fridge, and I like ditching the plastic! Win-win all around.

LOVE THEM

by Katie F - 05/2012

These are great. They are easy to use, I love the drawstring, and it's easy to see in to see what the product is. I've used it for produce and for bulk foods and it works great for everything. One of them got caught on something in the washer though and the drawstring broke, but i just tied the ends in a knot and it's okay now.

Great set of reusable bags. Construction seems durable and as a great alternative to plastic produce bags, they get the job done. My only complaint is that produce numbers can not be read through the mesh unless they are REALLY big. Minor inconvenience for cashiers to open each bag. I open each bag a little when I set them on the conveyor belt, with one sticker plainly visible.

Great Product

These are great for the farmer's market! Just put your greens right into the bags. Later, at home, it's easy to rinse them and dry them in the bags. The material looks and feels great.

not bad bags

by James W - 04/2012

These are not bad bags by any means. They are not as good as the baggu bags I also have. I hate it those are no longer made. Back to the Flip and tumbles... Seem to be solid in construction, the drawstring closure works well. I was truly hoping they were made in the USA, which they are not. If I could not find some made in America, I would buy these again.

Like the bags but concerned about weight

by Matt D - 04/2012

These bags are great to use based on the size, cleaning, and storage. I am a bit concerned on how they are holding up to the weight of apples and oranges. The heavier fruits are stretching the seams. I have enjoyed how they go right from the store to the fridge. I have two sets and definitely could use more.

The bags are so much more than I anticipated, I may get some for friends and family...I'll convert them yet!

The bags work just as they should. I am glad that I bought them. Very useful product, and far better for the world than the throwaway/recyclable plastic bags for produce that supermarkets and grocery stores have for customer use.

Buy 2 sets!

These bags are amazing! Sturdy and really help to reduce a LOT of waste! I use them for fruits, veggies and for scooping stuff like trail mix from the bulk bins at grocery stores. Almost every time I use them someone asks where I got them from. LOVE THEM!

This is my second set--love them

by Donna S - 04/2012

These are wonderful bags for produce. They're clear enough that the grocery clerk can tell what they are and even read the produce code. I also use them for other things, like when I pick up my prescriptions or other small items. I ended up buying a second set as I often buy more than 5 items of produce at a time.
