Design and Functionality
The lid is filled with innovative, Gel-Cool insulating gel, which keeps food cool for 3-4 hours - you can pack a lunch in the morning and still enjoy cold foods at lunch. Just put the lid in the freezer overnight (it doesn’t take up much space!) and it will be ready to pack by morning. The large size container includes adjustable compartments - great for creating a balanced lunch with fruits, vegetables or other bulk foods.

I bought the same style bento but smaller size (1 cup) from another website, and had no issues with it. unfortunately with the two larger size (1.7 cups) bentos I purchased from reuseit.com, the poler bear face is already coming off some. not sure why that is the case, but they works as well as the first one. they just don't appear the same. I like gel-cool bentos over traditonal bento boxes because the cold pack is built in already

Cute item, but very small.

I bought this for my 1st grader and she loves it. Although the "large" is anything but, she doesn't eat much so it works fine. It fits 1/2 a sandwich and grapes perfectly with the divider. I reccommend it for "little" lunches or single snacks. Keeps my daughters lunch cool for a few hours (in an un-air conditioned classroom in Hawaii).

meh - not impressed. cute though.
Hmm.. had some high hopes for this very cute container. Pros: cute, doesn't really leak - but when tested with liquid some drops did come out when shaken.. which I suppose wouldn't be with normal use. Cons: teeny-tiny compartment -- what are you supposed to put in this? I've tried a smidgen of yogourt, and that's fine, but it didn't keep it THAT cold; lots of packaging with the packaging.. and with the foreign language I don't know what the packaging is made out of, and don't know what instructions there were. This could be good for a toddler.. with a teeny tiny amount of yogourt or sliced fruit, but not suitable for anyone older.

This is a great container for yogurt or other food you want to keep cool, especially if you don't have access to a refrigerator at school, work, or when traveling. My son and I like the design. It seems to be well-made.
