Design & functionality
The Laken Junior is a safe, reusable aluminum bottle that does not leach toxins into its contents. Reusable, lightweight & durable. These bottles can take a hit without compromising the interior lining. The wide mouth with external threading is large enough for ice cubes and allows for easy cleaning. The powder coated exterior is resilient and non-toxic. Works great with the Classic Loop Cap or Flip-Top Sport Cap.
These colorful bottles won’t be confused with anyone else’s, and they’re small enough to pack in most lunch bags. The twist locking Flip-Top Spot Cap is simple enough for toddlers to use.
Materials
Designed and manufactured in Spain from a single piece of pure aluminum, each bottle is perfectly extruded for uniform, seamless construction. Lighter weight than a similarly-sized plastic bottle, Laken bottles are virtually unbreakable. Flexible interior polyamide lining is 100% BPA-free and phthalate-free. PVC-free polypropolyne caps are manufactured in Europe to European standards, ensuring quality and safety.

Hand wash with a mild soap. For more thorough cleaning use Skweet Sport Bottle Wash and Cleaning Brush. Do not place caps in dishwasher.

Great Product, Excellent Features
First time with Laken after using Sigg and Klean Kanteens. Wider opening than a Sigg for easy cleaning and adding ice cubes. The top is much easier for little hands to open and the cover will not snap shut unless it is closed. Nice feature when you throw it in a bag - no worries about leaks without having to double check it. Great product.

Very cute bottle
Very cute bottle. Bought it for my 3 year old son. I try to take it on all of our outings. The top cover was a little hard for him to open at first, so it took away from him being able to drink from his bottle whenever he wanted. He's 4 now and can do it on his own now. Doesn't leak, that's very important. And it carries enough water for my little one.

Great bottle for growing 5-year-old child

Great bottle for growing 5-year-old child. We use ours with ice cubes; she can refill it herself; easy for me to clean. The only minus, is that she already broke the spout's turning mechanism (from dropping the bottle) so it pulls out easily rather than turns. She still uses it anyway and has figured out how to maneuver the spout to get her water out. She still prefers the child-spout, even though we got her a replacement cap (the standard one). I like that you can buy replacement lids, in both the child/sport and standard styles.

Cute design
Cute design. My 2.5 year old is able to twist the cap open herself. But the darn thing whistles (quite loudly) when one is actively drinking from it. It doesn't leak, but the whistling is quite annoying. Otherwise, it's functional and a good size for all our travel bags/backpacks/etc. My family also uses Sigg bottles--I prefer Sigg due to less problems. Another Laken bottle I bought had a leaky cap that had to be replaced.

My kids wanted these because of the cute designs a
My kids wanted these because of the cute designs and I thought they were great graduation gifts. Unfortunately, my 2 1/2 year old has trouble opening the spout and then does not regularly close it, so we have had leaks. Also, within a week of use, my 4 yo just happened to drop his the first time, and the top cover cracked and broke off right away. I was not happy about that. I liked the size and the designs, but for usage with kids, I do prefer the kleen kanteens.

I bought this for my 4 year old son and he loves it! It is sturdy, easy to clean, easy to use and has a cool design. I would recommend it to other kids and adults, but not for little ones under 2.

My son is so proud of his "space ship" Laken bottl
My son is so proud of his "space ship" Laken bottle. He sometimes even sleeps with it! Although it is a larger size than we planned on buying(he insisted on this design) it still fits perfectly into his lunch box. We will purchase from them again.
