After searching a long time for a safe, simple, stainless-steel food container, we're excited about 100%-stainless-steel LunchBots. This perfectly-portioned large lunch container makes it easy to avoid the possible toxins and waste of plastic containers, baggies & aluminum foil. The largest LunchBots available, the Eco is perfect for bigger main dishes such as salads, take-out and wraps.
Please note: In general, we do not use bubble wrap to package our products. However, to prevent damage, these containers are shipped to us by the vendor in bubble wrap. We have decided to keep the wrap on to prevent damage in transit to our customers. We suggest reusing the bubble wrap to cut back on waste.

Design & Functionality
Carry your large main dishes in the Eco, and pair it with one of the other designs for a balanced meal. LunchBots are eco-friendly, stainless steel containers for your sandwich, wrap or other favorite snacks and side dishes. Made from food-grade Type 304 stainless steel, your LunchBots won't stain, rust or leach harmful chemicals into your food (which is why they're such a great alternative to cheap plastic containers). The bottom of the boxes are uncoated stainless steel, and the top of the colorful lids are powder coated - no VOCs emitted. Your food only comes in contact with stainless steel. They're sleek & sturdy, so your food won't get crushed, and a set of two fits perfectly in ACME's "6-Pack" lunch bag with room to spare.
LunchBots are also available in regular Uno & Duo sizes for sandwiches/side dishes and Pico for smaller snacks and sides. Note that while LunchBots' lids fit tightly to hold in food, they're not water-tight & are best for solid foods. For liquid items like salad dressing, we recommend packing a Nalgene 2 oz. jar.
Materials
LunchBots are made from high-quality, food-grade Type 304 stainless steel. It resists stain and rust due to its chromium content, making it a favored material in food processing, dairy and brewing. It's also one of the safest materials for food storage and handling, because it's easy to clean, durable and sanitary. Care Instructions
Top-rack dishwasher safe. As with any other stainless steel product, we recommend hand-washing with mild detergent.
Stainless steel does not rust. If your container appears to have rusted, it is a harmless residue left behind from the electro-polishing process. (Electro charges remove fine particles from the stainless steel surface, remove impurities and seal it. Harmless electrolytes are left behind and may turn a rust color).

Ideal doggie bag!
I got these because I was tired of having to choose between abandoning delicious food at a restaurant, or taking home a plastic (usually styrofoam and non-reusable) container to enjoy leftovers later. The LunchBots fit easily in a large purse, and allow me to easily carry leftovers, snacks, or any other food wherever I want. With two small children, this is an enormous benefit! The container is durable, easy to clean, does not leak (although I have not put any soups or super-juicy food in it), and I won't leave the house without it. This was a great purchase and I plan to buy a couple more :)

worth the price - for lunches & more
All the Lunch Bots are great. When I first bought these for my daughter's lunches I stressed over the which ones to get for maximum usability. The initial investment seems kind of steep. After having them a few weeks I was hooked on how easy they are to use, how well they hold up to use and washing, how versatile, handy, portable, durable, and all around useful they are. I bought a couple in each size, and I'm back again today buying more, 2 more for us, 2 for a friend. I use them in her lunch, for snacks for both of us on the go, and for storing left-overs in the fridge too. My oldest ones are 7 moths old new, I use them constantly and don't particularly baby them, I can't tell the oldest ones from the newest. Well made product.

Great Container
I wasn't sure whether to get the larger or smaller container, but am glad I got the larger one. This is perfect for a salad or a large/irregular sized sandwich. Even for a normal sized sandwich, this works very well. Usually I have room to put some chips in as well.

This container is so big I have only used it once. It works well but is really much to large for my needs. I bought 1 of each size "lunchbots" and if I had to do it over again I would buy 2 Unos and 2 Picos. The product itself is built well with a nice fitting lid. The paint on the lid does seem to scratch easily but that doesn't bother me.

Good size container for a salad
Good size container for a salad. Easy to wash by hand or put in the top rack of the dishwasher. I don't think it's water tight though...so bring salad dressing on the side.

I received my lunchbots a week or so ago and love
I received my lunchbots a week or so ago and love them! I have used them everyday for taking my lunch to work. Nice design, love the brightly colored lids, lids fit well, can fit a sandwich and apple slices in the duo – just right.

I love them!
I love them! I've been using them for everything from lunchbags to soccer snacks, and I even use them for myself. They are a welcome change from the plastic reusable containers I've been using for lunches. This week, I used larger LunchBot to bring a sandwich for my own lunch. I teach so rarely have time to run out for lunch. The LunchBot container is perfect for bringing my sandwich, and not having it be crushed in my computer bag!
