About Mimi the Sardine
Mimi the Sardine was started by Pia Andersson in the late 80s. After designing and producing children's clothing for several major mail order companies including Hanna Andersson and Garnet Hill, the company now specializes in functional products made from eco-coated cotton fabrics directly imported from Sweden.
All of Mimi the Sardine items are manufactured locally in the San Francisco Bay Area. They take great pride in "made-to-last" quality, produced in accordance with strict environmental laws.
Care Instructions
Machine wash, air dry. For smaller spills, just wipe clean with a damp cloth.

I like this bag very much
I like this bag very much. It can easily be wiped down if you are carrying something wet and more importantly eliminates the use of needing plastic! It is a very sturdy product, so you can pack it full without worrying about the bag tearing or breaking. Thanks reusablebags.com for making it fun to be 'GREEN'!

I order the flower power bag twice and both times
I order the flower power bag twice and both times it was sent to me damaged. The first time I returned it because it had an ink stain, the second time the inside lining had a rip and my friend is currently sewing it for me- I will not be ordered another item. sorry- I received a bag and thought it was wonderful but when I ordered for two of my friends they both came damaged and the hassle to return and exchange isnt worth ordering again from your company- Shar Carson
