Design & Functionality
Designed to replace dryer sheets, Dryerballs lift and separate clothes, moving air efficiently through the dryer which reduces drying time by 15-25%. Because clothes do not get tangled together, 10 minutes on medium heat will also help eliminate wrinkles and lint buildup on your clothes. They're also safer because fabric softeners leave an oil coating on clothes, take the fire-retardant out of baby's clothes, and leave a sticky residue on the dryer's components, making it more prone to fire.
Each pack contains 2 balls, which should both be put into the dryer at the same time.

Unlike fabric softeners, Nellie's Dryerballs are non-toxic and hypo-allergenic. Constructed out of durable PVC plastic, designed to withstand very high temperatures. We struggled about whether to carry a product made of PVC, but ultimately the pros outweighed the cons: Dryerballs replace a use-and-toss item, save energy and reduce waste. I love the dryer balls and so does my Mother. I use mine every time I dry clothes. What a wonderful break for the environment and the saving from not buying fabric softner (Liquid and dryer sheets) and not using as much energy, makes my wallet happy.

I am pleased with this product thus far
I am pleased with this product thus far. I notice the occasional static on one or two items, but most things come out dry and static free. Easy to use and they do the job.

I will never use liquid fabric softener or dryer s
I will never use liquid fabric softener or dryer sheets again. Dryer Balls leave my laundry soft and free of static cling without the chemical impact on the environment, not to mention that they have saved me a ton of money. The only down side is that they are sometimes hard to find, when you are switching over to the next load.

i didn't think these would work, but they do
i didn't think these would work, but they do. i still have static cling when doing extra large loads, and with those items that always seemed to resist dryer sheets. i'm happy to have 1 less thing to buy when i go shopping for laundry supplies.

This product really is great
This product really is great. It cuts down on drying time and I have been using less softner in my laundry. I didn't stop using it altogether because of static but it's been really humid here lately so I plan to not use any this week. I will encourage my friends to try this out.

So far I have been very impressed with these, and I must admit that it really does cut down on drying time tremendously! I have noticed only one downside and that is that you can't dry black clothing with any other color and use these. There is less lint in the lint catcher when using these so the other clothes tend to send lint to your black clothing. I just separate my blacks and am good to go. I have not noticed any increase in static as mentioned in some of the reviews. All around a great product and I love that my dryer is being run a lot less, helpful for the environment, wear and tear on my dryer, and for my pocket book!

I have only used these a couple times since purcha
I have only used these a couple times since purchasing but so far I am impressed. They do seem to cut down on drying time, and I haven't had any issues with increased static. As others have stated, it's also great not to have to search around for the used dryer sheet every time.

I've only been using these for about 2 weeks, but
I've only been using these for about 2 weeks, but I love them. There's nothing to search for and throw away when you get your clothes out, you just leave them in the dryer for next time. The only thing I miss is the great smell of dryer sheets. But if you have scented laundry soap, then it doesn't make much of a difference. I would definitely recommend these!

The dryerballs seem to help somewhat
The dryerballs seem to help somewhat. I did not notice a great difference either in the softness of the clothes or the amount of time saved. But, I didn't make a scientific study of it either. I will continue to use them. The price was significantly higher than another brand I saw in a home products catalog....but, I don't know how the cheaper product performed. The thing which was noticeably better about the clothes by using the dryerballs is that the clothes did not tangle around each other and the drying was more even.

The dryer balls are great
The dryer balls are great. I think the small static issues will be alleviated when the dry winter weather passes. I highly recommend this product

I really like the dryerballs as a concept
I really like the dryerballs as a concept. I think my laundry has fewer wrinkles, and we have less static cling (though most of our clothes are not made with synthetic fabrics, so static was never much of a problem). I'm just not sure the dryerballs have reduced drying time, which was the main reason why I bought them. I think smaller loads have probably dried quicker, but large loads still take about the same length of time. Overall, though, I'm glad I bought these and will continue to use them.

Have used them once or twice as we have a few boxes of dryer sheets to use up. Seemed to work well, and there was less lint in the dryer screen (?)
