This uniquely-blended fiber is made from recovered scraps of pre-consumer cotton and recycled polyester. When it comes to sustainability, recycled cotton blows away organic cotton. It may be the most environmentally-friendly fiber on the planet. Made with clippings that would otherwise be dumped in landfills, recycled cotton is manufactured with no wet finish or dying. There is no chemical or liquid of any kind used in its process. Plus, recent advances in manufacturing have made the look and feel of recycled cotton almost identical to regular cotton.

Great for school lunches.
I use this for my daughter's school lunch and it works great. It's well made and easy to clean. Only drawback is the sandwich isn't protected from crushing or breaking like a sandwich in a hard plastic case is. That really is a minor issue. I'm just glad I don't have to buy sandwich bags anymore. Highly recommended.

Great lunch bag!
I really like this bag. It's large enough to hold a sandwich container, a drink, and a few snacks. It is sturdy also - I was a bit worried about the velcro but it is quite strong. My only complaint is the handle. It's small and thin so it cuts into your hands a little bit if you need to carry it for a long distance (with the strength of the velcro, though, it stays shut even when heavy). If the handle were a little longer, wider, and flatter, it would be perfect.

Just what I wanted
This is the perfect lunch bag. It's large enough to hold a reusable container for a salad along with a sandwich and apple, with room to spare if you'd like to add more. It's washable. I had been looking in stores for just this kind of reusable bag but could only find insulated bags, which add a lot of bulk. I like this one and use it daily.

Great lunch bag!
I love this lunch bag. It is sturdy, easy to clean and just the right size for my lunch. I even carry glass containers in it and it still looks brand new (and can handle the weight of the glass).

Perfect lunch bag
This bag is such a great every day lunch bag. We pack it with the laptop lunch inner food containers as well as the LunchBots stainless steel insulated container. It fits everything perfectly. Strong velcro closure, nice handle. Washes well and dries overnight. This is a great go to lunch bag.

The velcro clasp and rope handle make it awkward to use easily. It is a big bag, but if you use the space the velcro opens up and since the handle is only on one side it just flops open. I have a smaller version purchased a couple years ago -- I cut the handle and poke it through holes on the other side to give it support. I will try to fix this one before the holes tear wide. I will probably sew on a wider handle too.

Great bags
I bring a medium-size meal container plus a small container of fruit most days, and there is ample room. Durable, lightweight--I just love it. And it doesn't take up too much room in the office fridge like those insulated ones do.

Very durable and attractive lunch bag. Initially I thought the velcro would not hold shut when the bag was full but it did. The strap is a bit thin and not as supportive as I would like-when the lunch bag is full it can become very heavy and the strap puts a strain on my fingers.

This bag is perfect for my lunches - as long as you don't put your drinks in with it [unless its a juice box ;)]. Sturdy cotton and a good seal with the velcro - it does what its designed to do well.

Great little brown bag replacement!

I wish I could give this bag five stars because it's really my favorite for carrying food with me to class. I usually put my reusable water bottle in here so it doesn't sweat all over my laptop or my books (I'm a grad student) and totally destroy my life. Works great for that. Fits a crazy amount of food (One large water bottle, 1 apple, 1 spoon/spork-knife utensil, 1 reuasble napkin, 1 or 2 small - medium sized reusable food containers!) and stuff into it. It looks so small in comparison, really. I've lined the inside with foil and tossed warm popcorn into it to bring to the movies with me. It can hold enough popcorn for my husband and I - and we LOVE popcorn - and can then be easily washed clean. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the velcro i starting to part from the bag itself on one side now. I know I can be rough with it since I open and close it a few times a day, but I can't leave out this "flaw." It can be easily remedied with some glue and after a year of use, it only just started to fall apart about a week ago. If you want a floppy bag that can hold things and also fit into your laptop bag or briefcase or backpack (my 17" laptop and this bag stuffed with food fit with no problem into my messenger bag), this is really the one to get.
