ReUsies Sandwich Bag

I ordered quite a few of these bags and was initially pleased with them, I would wipe them out, After most uses but when they really needed a good cleaning I put them in the laundry. The plastic on the inside would stick to itself and tear when I tried to flatten them out. I found t2he waste not bags are holding up much better and I've been using them just as long. I did follow the washing instructions the company posted on its website.

These are nice bags. I like the extra piece of velcro on the back - so if the sandwich is small you can wrap the bag tighter around it. Easy for my kindergartner to open.

Use it all the time. Not very easy to clean since it recommends not putting in dishwasher all the time

This bag works very well for dry foods and even wet foods (I cut up a ripe peach to see how it would handle the moisture). I like the ability to expand or tighten up the bag based on how much is put in or taken out. The bag washed out easily and dried fairly fast - was always dry the next morning for another use. The only thing that could be a drawback is that it is hard to fold in the edges when the bag is fairly full....so is not as airtight as it could be, but for a half day it is great. I use these more than the other types of reusable lunch/snack bags.

I picked up some of the new styles for my son's first waste-free lunch kit! They're really easy for him to use and they wash up perfectly in the dishwasher. I followed the manufacture's instructions and put them in my washing machine inside-out before I used them. The color faded a little, but it's better that it ran in there than all over my dishes.

Although these have come in handy and have cute designs, I much prefer the Snack Taxi brand. I don't expect these to last very long, as the quality seems to be lacking.

These snack bags are fantastic. They will hold snacks or a sandwich. They don't dry food out, and they are easy to clean.

We use the snack size bag to hold the kids school snacks (gold fish, pretzels etc) and then put that inside the lunch size matching bag along with a piece of fruit or a little squeezy apple sauce. It's a great system and we have cut way down on the plastic baggies and paper bags we used to use. The bags are easy to hand wash and they dry completely overnight.

We have several types and my kids love taking these to school. All the aides at the school always ask where they get them. I like the closures on these alot and the size is perfect.

I love the sandwich bag, but my daughter's sandwiches are much smaller. It's fine, I end up folding the bag in half. But I would like something smaller so that it is less bulky i the lunchbox where space is at a premium.

I have to admit that I bought these for my kids, but I have rarely let the kids use them because I am always taking snacks to work in them. I regularly use them for carrying small snacks, like grapes and nuts, and have never had bits falling out, which I had worried would be the case.

We've banished the plastic baggies from our house! We use these for everything from fruit to sandwiches to crackers and they are fabulous! I just pop them in the washer on delicate to clean them. LOVE LOVE LOVE using these instead of plastic baggies!

I am disappointed in this purchase, because it does not seem to keep my food fresh. I bought them for holding my snack (popcorn), and unfortunately, my popcorn was stale by the time I ate it. I have not tried this purchase for holding a sandwich yet, because I use my "wrap-n-mats" (love them) for those. I bought the sandwich size for snacks because they were on sale, but now am wondering if the smaller size would keep snacks fresher (less air to get in). I do like the looks of these bags, and they are very easy to clean. I also like that they are made in Seattle, WA, U.S.A.

I use the ReUsies sandwich bag for snacks, such as apple slices, grapes, etc. The larger size holds plenty of fruit for my 12 hour work day, and keeps the contents moist and the rest of my lunch dry. I like making a colorful statement for reusable instead of disposable, and these fit the bill.

I've really enjoyed using my ReUsies and several of my co-workers have commented on them and asked where I got them. My only negative comment is that the bread of my sandwich is a little bit dry by the time lunch time gets here. Still, it's not to the point where I'll ever use plastic baggies or wrap again. And I love how I can use them all week, throw them in the wash over the weekend, and they're ready to go for lunch again on Monday morning.
