SIGG's are safe, reusable bottles that do not leach toxins into its contents. Reusable, lightweight & durable. These bottles can take a hit without compromising the interior lining. About 20% lighter weight than a comparable sized Lexan plastic bottle, SIGG’s are incredibly durable, virtually unbreakable. Materials
Designed and manufactured in Switzerland from a single piece of pure aluminum, each bottle is perfectly extruded for uniform, seamless construction. The brilliant exterior of a SIGG is created using a solvent-free, eco-friendly, powder-based coating which is baked on to create a vibrant finish.
SIGG reusable bottles have been thoroughly tested in the U.S. and Europe to ensure no leaching of any aluminum or liner contents. We only carry bottles with SIGG's EcoCare liner, which is independently tested to be 100% free of BPA, phthalates, BADGE, BFDGE, and NOGE. The proprietary EcoCare liner is a bake-on, polymer powder coating which is sprayed evenly onto the bottle interior and bonded to the aluminum shell at nearly 200 degrees Celsius to form a permanent, flexible barrier. Just 40 microns thick, this coating comprises only a few grams per bottle and in no way interferes with the ultimate recycling of your SIGG. The liner is taste-neutral and resistant to fruit acids and energy drinks, ensuring that your drinks taste like your drinks every time.

Not only are SIGG bottles designed to be reusable, they are 100% recyclable at the end of their very long lives. Aluminum is one of the most environmentally friendly materials in the world because it is extremely easy to recycle, regaining nearly all of its properties and making it ideal for repurposing.
Single-use, disposable water bottles (PET plastic) create millions of tons of unnecessary waste each year. In fact, according to the Container Recycling Institute, less than 15% of plastic water bottles in the U.S. are actually recycled – most wind up in landfills where they can take up to 1000 years to biodegrade. About SIGG
For 100+ years, SIGG has utilized Swiss precision and craftsmanship to produce high-quality reusable bottles. The history of SIGG Switzerland dates back to 1908 when metal processing specialist Ferdinand Sigg established an aluminum product factory in Biel, Switzerland. The SIGG bottle became a fixture in Swiss households; in fact, every member of the Swiss Army had a SIGG bottle issued as standard field gear. A USA subsidiary was launched in 2005, but SIGG operations still remain in the quaint village of Frauenfeld, Switzerland to this day.

Care Instructions
Do not freeze your SIGG aluminum bottle – it will crack! Rinsing your SIGG thoroughly under the faucet with warm, soapy water at the end of every day and letting it air dry with the top off provides sufficient cleaning in most cases. When more thorough cleaning is required, you can use baking soda and vinegar. For tough jobs, pick up some SIGG cleaning tablets and a SIGG brush. Do not use a hard bristled brush to clean the interior of your SIGG bottle as this may damage the liner. We also recommend Skweet, the all-natural, non-toxic biodegradable bottle wash.

I've had mine for almost a month now and I can honestly say that this bottle is very convenient. I love the fact that I can pour good water in the bottle and know for sure I am getting a good amount of water on travel or away from home and not having to buy bottled water everyday. This product is great except one thing; the top can be very stubborn to take off sometimes and when you do open it, after it being stubborn, a little water or liquid comes out and drips to the side of the bottle. Other than that, I totally recommend this bottle.

I bought this for my teen-age son who works out and carries bottles in his backpack.He loves the appearance, size, and shape of it. He said it does not give a metallic taste. I had looked at alot of different brands, but I liked the reviews for Sigg, and I worry about items made in China. This is high-quality, and Reusable.com had the best overall price with reliability.

Love and use the Sigg Bottle I purchased on your website. The taste of the bottle does take some getting use to. Its not a bad taste but different. After a weeks use you dont even notice it. Its a lot better than wasting water bottles everyday. I highly recommend this product.

I bought the red SIGG bottle and let me tell you,
I bought the red SIGG bottle and let me tell you, it is beautiful. It's super light weight, very easy to clean and dry, and helps me drink more water at work. The opening has threaded metal on the inside, so it feels kind of like you're drinking out of the garden hose, but that doesn't bother me at all, kind of fun actually. Get one, they're awesome.

I bought 2 (1 liter) bottles from swiss cross series. They are gifts to my sons, who carry water with them wherever they go. I purchased these after buying one for myself. The water tastes great and the bottle is so lightweight, I know it is a good value. My one son has been using another brand polycarbonate bottle for years. And with all the info on chemicals leaching out into the liquid, I felt good replacing this for a SIGG bottle. I am still working on my grown children to be good to the environment and reuse. I know they will use these bottles a long time. Your service is fast and I will have future orders.

Overall, a terrific product
Overall, a terrific product. Rugged, lightweight, sleek. Much like myself. Holds water and presumably other liquids confined within its walls. Great for hikes, or long car rides. If your looking for something to use around the home or office I suggest the same product but in a smaller size, for ease of handling. The finish is more of a powder coat rather than a gloss, which may provide more grip, but it's an unusual texture to feel. I dropped it on stone when it was full. Yes it dents, but the interior finish was not damaged and it still does a great job, and it does it with more character. I recommend this bottle to anyone looking to replace his or her standard-sized lexan bottle.

Pros: -Bottle is sturdy and doesn't leave an aft
Pros: -Bottle is sturdy and doesn't leave an aftertaste with water. -Looks kinda cool, but how shallow would you have to be to care about what people think about your water bottle? Cons: -The bottle comes with a twist cap. While the loop at the top makes it super convenient to carry, the cap is threaded deep so you have to rotate it about 8-10 times to get it off. -Costs $24, and for that price I think a quick access cap could be included. -Hard to clean, the opening is small so you have to get a brush or something. So far I've just been rinsing it out with hot water. Overall would recommend this bottle, but note the cons.

Great size for my often-thirsty husband! We're minimizing the amount of bottled water we drink and are glad there are great products like this SIGG bottle to make the it easier. It's a plus that it looks so cool! My husband loves the beautiful red color and Swiss Army logo.
