These are easy to clean with a pipe cleaner & I love the fact that I'm not buying plastic straws anymore.

Living 5 years in Argentina, I observed the locals drinking their mate (tea) through stainless steel straws. Now that I live in a tropical climate, I am thrilled to have a stainless steel straw for my cool beverages. These straws are great! Put one in your purse and refuse the plastic straws offered you at drive-thrus and restaurants!

I was thinking about buying the glass straws but I was worried we would break them so I was thrilled to see these. They make a cool clinking sound in the glass and they have a nice feel to them. The bend in the straw looks flexible, but it's not. They wash easily in the dishwasher. My daughter loves them and uses them all the time. I think I'm going to buy some for my nieces and nephews and some to keep at my parents' place so the kids can have straws when they visit.

I love these stainless steel straws! I just received my second pack of straws so that I can share with friends. I keep them in a baggie in my purse so that we can use them at restaurants. It's always a conversation starter with whomever we are eating w/, the waitstaff, and even random diners that overhear me say, "We don't need straws; I brought my own!" We also use them all the time for homemade smoothies. My daughter had trouble with plastic straws because she would be sucking so hard to try to drink the thick smoothie that the straws would collapse. She doesn't have that problem anymore!! Yes, they get a little cold when you're drinking cold beverages through them, but I don't think that's bad. We have, on occassion, jammed ourselves in the mouth with the straw when not paying close enough attention to where the cup is, but I think that's an operator error!!! They could certainly be less expensive, and it would be nice if they came with a water-tite pouch for better portability. Overall, the straws are fantastic!

I love these! I wasn't at all in the market for reusable straws, but I saw these and had to have them. We use them for smoothies and the width is just right. Great product, so glad I won't be using plastic straws anymore. Thanks!

like the straws and like feeling "green" when I use them, or when I whip one out at a restaurant or someone's house. they're conversation starters, for sure. note though - like others have said - the straws really do conduct the coldness of the drink super-efficiently. so prepare for lips stuck to metal, a-la flag pole in winter. other than the occasional cold shock, the product is sturdy and easy to use. I agree with previous posters that it'd be nice to have a brush for the straws - it would make me feel more secure if I knew I'd scrubbed the inside instead of just swished them in the dishwasher or in soapy water in the sink.

These straws are well-made, cost-effective, easy to use and clean, and so much better than plastic throw-away straws. They work well with both hot and cold beverages. I hand wash them (rinse them right away if they have been used for milky drinks). Highly recommended!

I really like the stainless steel straw. I like the fact that it replaces the throw away straws. the only complaint I have is that I wish the straw was big enough to use in other reusable cups. I have a reusable cup that has a dome lid and the new straws are too small for this cup. Please make larger ones!

My cat loves to play with my plastic drinking straws. Looking for a way to stop going through so many while being able to have my glass of water all the time, I loved finding these on the site. THe sound of metal in the glass took a bit to get used to at first, but I quickly adjusted. While I mainly use these for drinking water at home or at work they've come in especially handy for my occasional thick milkshakes. Having something that can be used to stir as well as drink through without being crushed by suction is a win in my book.

These straws are great! They get cold when drinking iced drinks and are great conversation starters. There are only 2 things I would add/change. 1- they don't come with a cleaning brush like the glass ones, but they are very easy to clean. Just run them under hot water after using them or stick them in the dishwasher bent end down so they don't fall through the basket. 2- they need to have a longer size. These won't fit into any of the drive-thru type of cups. I would love to have a longer one for my reusable Starbucks cup. All in all, a great product!

My grandsons love these straws. They are very durable, easy to carry along, easy to clean. They choose these over their other "favorite" reusable straws.
