I'm disappointed in this but I guess I read the description wrong. I was looking for a substitute for a plastic water bottle. This item is great to transport hot or cold drinks but I would like it to be a drinking vessel. I will continue to look.

Unfortunately, after using it for a couple of months it has started to leak all the time. It leaked in my wife's bag and ruined some important paperwork. Also, don't really understand the need for the compartment in the lid. Reusablebags.com should explain the compartment's function in the product description.

I was looking for a wider, shorter thermos thing for my kids' lunches, but couldn't find one that was stainless -- and this size seems to work just fine. The lid fits great, it keeps things hot/cold, what's not to like?

What do you use the top lid compartment for? One day while unscrewing the lid - I actually unscrewed the lid? Yesterday I made another purchase and found a wide mouth pastel container that a tea strainer lid...is there something I don't know about my lid? Just wondering otherwise so far so good - no leaks!

I really like these wide mouth bottles for drinkin
I really like these wide mouth bottles for drinking hot tea or coffee. They really hold the heat well which allows me to sip my espresso over a longer period of time as opposed to using a regular cup. I've never known what to do with the upper section, I guess you could store pills or keep change in it. These bottles are really durable and easy to clean.

The mug top was not what I expected I couldn't quite figure out why the two piece top. When the upper portion (top piece of the cap) was removed you still couldn't get liquid out, very spillproof, however not practical for me to unscrew the entire top for drinking, as it would require both hands defeating the purpose while in the car.

I recieved the two of these I ordered in a timely
I recieved the two of these I ordered in a timely manner. Very easy ordering, great products from reusablebags.com. My review of the product is not from experience using them, its just that what I received is not what I thought they where. These are not travel cups for drinking. They are more like thermos containers. There is no good way to drink from them. So, if you need a thermos, they would be great for that.

Great bottle
Great bottle. Ice fits in the top, which is important in the summer months. I should have ordered a slightly larger one, because I drink a lot of water, but this one fits almost anywhere, so I use it every day. Only thing I would add to it would be a loop so I could hold onto it with one finger.

It does keep the water quite warm, but I was actually quite dissapointed in this product because it leaks very badly. It made a big mess in my diaper bag. It was very expensive and now it is hard to use as I am always worried it will leak.

the bottle is great
the bottle is great. a good size and will fit in our cup holders in the car. i bought the wide mouth guard but it doesn't fit these bottles :-( i wish there was a splashguard so i could sip on it all day without needing the lid.
