These take a few uses before they really work - I use them with the dryer balls and I love them. Yes, there is still a little bit of static but a couple of shakes get that out. Overall, you will not only save money not buying dryer sheets, but your dryer will last sooooo much longer!! The stuff from dryer sheets clogs the filter and that's what causes the dryer to burn out and break down. I've been using these for years, and when it was time to replace my washer, I splurged on a top of the line because my dryer was fine!!

They Don\'t Last Very Long
I bought 2 packs of these off another website. At 1st use, I absolutely loved them. They did a great job at eliminating static. I ordered them 12-16-11, so probably got them about a week later and started using them right away. I already opened the second set about 3 weeks ago (beginning of March 2012). The 1st set stopped working quite a while before I finally gave in and opened the second set. There are only 2 people in my household, no children, I do 3 loads of laundry a week, on occasion 4. In essence, they lasted 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks x 4 loads a week = 32 loads....no where near the 500 loads they claim this is good for. I would not recommend these, nor would I buy them again.

These worked great for about the first 10 or 12 loads. Slowly lost the static control and now totally useless. Dang. I had high hopes. I think i will try washing them to see if that helps. More later.

Excellent!
I just got these and used them with the dryer balls, and I couldn't be happier. I used both of the static cloths at the same time, and both dryer balls (but only a single fragrance stick), and my clothes smell faintly pleasant, are wrinkle-free, and there was no more static than if I'd used a regular Bounce sheet.
I couldn't be more pleased!

A little disappointed
I was really excited to order and receive the reusable dryer sheets, so I could stop using disposable dryer sheets. I've considered the dryer balls, but heard they're noisy. However, they just don't soften the laundry as well or eliminate static. I'm still using them because I like the idea of fewer chemicals and less trash to throw away. My experience with them has been just ok.

I've not been disappointed.
I have used these for a few years now, and I use both of them at the same time. They work great, but they don't work well with fleece. Fleece generates too much static to work with these, so I just pull out all fleece clothing and hang them to dry with actually makes the fleece last longer.

Disappointed!
I bought the Static Eliminator Reusable Dryer Sheets - and found that they did not help eliminate static at all - or even reduce static. I was very disappointed!

These work great!

Static Eliminator 'sheets'

I bought these sheets to use with the wool dryer balls already in use. They help eliminate more static than the wool balls alone but do not entirely eliminate it. I use these in conjunction with homemade laundry detergent so there are really no surfactants other than that which comes in with the soap. They also tend to stick to certain clothes.
