Design and Functionality
Static Eliminator Dryer sheets are an innovative replacement for disposable dryer sheets. Just toss them in with your dryer load and dry on a normal setting - they will effectively eliminate static, reduce wrinkles and soften fabric without the use of any harsh chemicals. It may be necessary to use the sheets 3 or 4 times at first for maximum effectiveness. Pair them with Nellie’s Dryer Balls for soft, wrinkle- and static-free laundry in less drying time.
Typical disposable sheets contain chemicals that can interfere with the performance of dryers and irritate sensitive skin. Because static eliminator sheets contain no chemicals, they can help make your dryer more efficient and are safe for use on any clothing – including children's clothes, cloth diapers and more.
Sustainability
Because they can be used over and over again, Static Eliminators will keep hundreds of disposable dryer sheets and chemicals out of landfills. Plus, unlike disposable dryer sheets, they do not cause chemical buildup that can reduce the efficiency of typical home dryers, so your dryer may run more efficiently, saving energy and money, too!
Materials
Woven cloth made of 99% polyester and 1% nylon. Materials are thoroughly tested to ensure the performance for hundreds of uses.
About Maddocks Holdings, Limited
Maddocks Holdings Limited has a history of supplying high-quality filtration products for industrial and commercial uses. The Static Eliminator is derived from an industrial filtration device used in grain mills, developed to prevent tragic explosions that can occur when static builds in mills. Because the filtration fabric can be washed and used time and again, Maddocks Holdings Limited now distributes the product as an economical dryer sheet.
Care Instructions
Wash dryer sheets after first 3 uses, then once every 3 months.
Tips
- Combine with Nellie's Dryer Balls to replace both fabric softener and static sheets in your dryer loads, and reduce drying time.
- If your clothes still have some static after drying, just rub them quickly with a Static Eliminator sheet.

These work great!
I'm very happy with the static eliminator reusable dryer sheets from Reusablebags.com. It's great to find a product that works, and helps to keep dryer sheets out of the landfill.

Static Eliminator 'sheets'
I bought these sheets to use with the wool dryer balls already in use. They help eliminate more static than the wool balls alone but do not entirely eliminate it. I use these in conjunction with homemade laundry detergent so there are really no surfactants other than that which comes in with the soap. They also tend to stick to certain clothes.

First advice - don't let your Boston terrier eat these. They won't work if you do. Second - they work. Combine the with Nellie's Dryer Balls and you're all set.

Dryer sheet

Doesn't seem to work well. I have a lot of static. I have even put Seventb Generation dryer sheets in along w/ the dryer sheets & dryer balls I have & I still have static. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I'll keep trying.

Silly me I bought two sets these. I thought these are going to be great. Store bought dryer sheets fall off and out of clothes. I just hate them. My Boston Terrier has eaten one already. I have followed the instructions and hope to resume using the sheets when the weather turns warm. Here in South Louisiana that should be in about a month. So far I am not pleased at all. I\'ll let you know if that changes.

works beautifully!
These work great -- the clothes come out of the dryer static-free, (or very nearly -- I live in Minnesota, after all!), and feel softer than drying with just my dryer balls. No longer are my wool socks stuck to the backs of my shirts!

Not sure if they work
I've been using 2 of these in my laundry for about 3 months now. It's been below 30 degrees for most of that time, so I'm not sure if that might have something to do with it. I still have a fair bit of static on fleece items, but the rest of the laundry seems to be low static. I use vinegar in the rinse cycle instead of fabric softener, and I do not notice much difference between using the sheets or not using them. Maybe when the weather gets warmer I will see more of a difference. I do not use the dryer balls, but I do keep a tennis ball in my dryer to help fluff things and dry them faster.

For a static free laundry
I use static eliminator sheets along with Nellie's dryer balls for soft and static free clothes. The combination works fantastic! No more of those overly perfumed chemical dryer sheets for me. I occasionally add Nellie's dryer sticks to the balls for scent. Both dryer balls and both static eliminator sheets stay in my dryer. I've yet to end up with any static...and we live in the desert where it's extremely dry in the winter.

They appear to work
I tried these, because of complaints from my spouse about the static since I switched to the dryer balls. The complaints are mostly gone - although ours are still new, so hopefully it will get better with time, as the box states it will. Easy to take care of - just another item for in the wash.

The jury is still out
I'm still not 100% convinced this does the job of anti-static. I use one with my Nellies Dryer balls and on some items still get quite a bit of static. I'm going to try using two in the dryer and see if that does the trick.

I have been using this for about a week now and it definitely minimizes the static! There is still a little, but they've been big loads, so I might need to use two. I love that they are easy to use (just stay in the dryer all the time) and waste and chemical free!

I've eliminated dryer sheets!
3 out of 3 customers found this review helpful
I've been using the static eliminator sheets for a few months now and couldn't be happier with them. I used them with the dryer balls I purchased from BB&B a few years ago and the combination seems to work well for eliminating static. On heavy loads I put in both sheets. I've only had one load in the last two months that still had one item that had static, but not so much that it was a problem. I'll put up with that for the knowledge that I am no longer using dryer sheets. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to eliminate dryer sheets from their routine.

Fabrci softener cloth

While the fabric cloth softener does cut down on static, I found it doesn't completely eliminate it. I do feel the clothes are softer though after using it in the dryer.

Pretty good product.

I live in Indiana so static is intense in the winter. The dryer sheets worked well to eliminate static until the temperature dropped below 30. May have to go back to regular dryer sheets for the winter months then continue with these later on.

Doesn't work at all!
3 out of 3 customers found this review helpful
I have tried this item with a variety of types of loads - small, large, mixed fabrics, etc. and all I can say is that it doesn't work at all. Same amount of static as always. I just got done folding a load, and I could feel the static work its way through my sweatshirt to under my T-shirt and then up to the hair on my head. Bummer! I guess I'm "stuck" (HAH!) with the static =(
