    Care and Use

  • For maximum insulation efficiency: pre-heat or pre-cool your mug/bottle just prior to use fill with hot/cold tap water, attach lid, let stand for 5 to 10 minutes and empty
  • Wash and rinse mug/bottle thoroughly after each use and thoroughly dry
  • We recommend avoiding the dishwasher for everyday cleaning. Simply use a soft cloth or moistened sponge with a mild dishwashing liquid to remove exterior dirt. Do not use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine to clean the mug/container/bottle. For periodic sterilization, using the dishwasher is considered OK.

    Perfection! Small enough to pop in a purse. Enough to drink. Not intimidating for those who want to increase fluid intake - ie. I get intimidated by 1L bottles.. but to refill these babies 4times.. no problem! Keeps drinks hot hot hot for hours on end. Doesn't leak. Love it.

    This cup was great. It sealed well when it was closed so no spills through leaks... a problem I've had with other cups, and the wide opening makes it easier to clean with the bottle brush. I'll buy more when I get a chance.

    I bought this thermos for my daughter's daily school lunch. I put it in the freezer at night and then fill it in the morning and it keeps her drink very cold. I wanted to cut down on packaging waste and save money. It works great!

    This is my favorite thing. It is the perfect size to fit in my purse or bag and it does not leek. SO many times I use to lean over picking up my purse or bags and spill coffee from the tumbler I was carrying. I thought this one wouldn't hold enough, but it is the perfect size for sitting in a meeting or running errands. I also like the rounded soft sides to drink from, rather than an edge of stainless steel. I am ordering another one today!

    I purchased two thermal wide-mouth 8.6 oz pastel stainless steel bottles for my kids' lunchboxes, because I liked the small size of the bottles. However, I wish that they were just a bit shorter so they would fit better in the lunchboxes. The wide mouth makes cleaning very easy. I like the soft pastel colors, but the sides get dented and scratched very easily, and that makes the bottles quickly look old and worn out. Also, I think that the price is a bit high. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

    I ordered the thermal bottles and the kids love them. They do not leak and are nice colors. Now the kids can bring lemonade or apple juice to school and it stays cool and we are not making more waste with juice boxes.

    This bottle is fantastic. It is small, unlike most thermoses, and very cute--also unlike most thermoses. Every day that I use mine someone asks me where I got it. It's also light, pretty leakproof (I throw it in my bag full of tea and I haven't had a problem) and really easy to clean. Now my Fiance needs one! J

    My wife absolutely loves this bottle, which I got for her as a gift. Not only is it a perfect size for a morning cup of joe, it is a great alternative to disposable coffee cups. The lid is very tight and does not leak, and the thermal quality is outstanding. You can not sip through the top, which I find great. If forces you to enjoy your cup of coffee while not on the go, something we all should do. For the coffee enthusiast, I highly recommend this mug. I can't tell you the number of compliments she has gotten.

    I like the fact that it is stainless steel

    I like the fact that it is stainless steel. I have a hot water dispenser that dispenses water at 200 degrees. I put some water for tea into the bottle and took it to work on a Saturday. Got busy, forgot about it, left it at work. The following Monday when I poured out the water, it was still WARM! Not room temperature warm; I work in a computer lab where it is always cold, and this thermos held on very well. It's small, but I like sipping hot tea out of it all day long. I take a sip/replace the cap. I find that it will leak if you fill up past the internal rim that serves as a Fill line inside the thermos. The cap fits in right at that rim and creates a "tight" seal if you don't compromise it by overfilling past that rim. I really love the thermos, no odors from previous drinks, easy to clean, maintains heat, durable, dishwasher safe (I do upper rack for top, as a preference), and definitely leakproof if you don't fill pass the inside rim. It's a well thought out design and color. Not sure why it's just over 8 oz, 10 or 12oz would be better. But it's tall and thin and fits nicely into a closed hand for hugging your hot drink. Hmmm.
