Materials

easy to clean, my 5 y/o has no problem opening them and they hold a good amount of food. i was purchasing this in preparation for kindergarten and know my daughter would likely not ask from help if she couldn't open the bag herself. this was perfect and environmentally friendly too!

WasteNot bags are great
I ordered 4 of these for my girls lunch boxes. They are great - the velcro holds tightly but my kids can open them easily. Easy to clean. I've used these only for snack items (cookies, crackers, pretzels). A piece of masking tape (for the girls' names) comes off easily as well. Very satisfied.

These are fantastic!
I seriously love these snack baggies. I didn't know what to expect with them since I had never seen them before purchasing. They are wonderful...they are lined on the inside, so they keep fruit and wet snacks crispy as well as keeping dry snacks content as well. :) Love the different designs and colors too, many compliments come my way because of the colors. I love how bright they are. Can't wait to purchase more!

Very cute, if a little small
Both me and my kids really like these snack bags. With two small children around, we snack a TON and having these bags to put their pretzels, goldfish, raisins and apple slices in is ideal. They both love the cute design and opening/closing the velcro. I love that it's easy for them to open/close and that the snacks stay PUT. I'm going to order the larger size as well since the snack size isn't quite big enough to hold a complete apple sliced up. But, it is good for portion control in general. Easy to wipe out clean too! definite win

Love the prints, it just makes snacks more fun. Very strong velcro closure, can be a bit difficult for little fingers to open. Very easy to wipe clean and are holding up very well. Fabric is more lightweight than other bags I've purchased, but still seems to be durable. Great size for little snackers. Great purchase.

Product quality is excellent. Size is a bit smaller than I had anticipated. Item doesn't hold much -- just a few crackers, Goldfish, etc. Might be great for a child-sized snack but not for an adult (I can barely fit half a med. apple cut into quarters).

I've purchased a few of the snack bags from this site and I like these the best. Perfect size and the velcro gives me the security to keep the snacks inside, no rolling out the side. I'm extremely happy with these.

Great Snack Bags!

I bought these snack bags for lunch boxes -- they are great! We use them for our "dry" snacks -- they get icky with apples and I didn't buy enough to get us thru the week without washing each night. I bought some for Christmas money holders -- I do wish there were more masculine prints -- ended up with several of the same design for my nephews.

I use this to bring a snack of baby carrots. It's like one of those tiny snack bags: just a few inches tall and holds the perfect amount for a day's worth of snacking. The carrots are not dry, so the inner lining is perfect to keep it from making other things in my lunch bag damp.

I'm still skeptical about the velcro seal...seems noisier and less efficient than the envelope-shaped sacks. But these really do look better than the other two snack sack brands we tried. The patterns are much nicer (the kids agree), the fabric looks like it will be more stain resistant, and I have to admit that the placement of the velcro gives it a cleaner look overall.

I like the WasteNot Saks and the fun designs that they come in. The bag is a little hard to open for younger children but would work out great for school-aged ones. The bags are a little small compared to some of the other snack bags out there but it all depends on what you are using them for.

I really like the design of these snack bags since the velcro creates a complete closure at the top. I've used them for both carrots, fruit slices and other dried snacks. They are also easy to clean and hang dry.
