Find Existing Single-Use Bag Legislation Near YouShare

More and more frequently, cities, counties, states - and even nations! - are beginning to implement legislation that restricts the use of disposable bags. Not only are we committed to bringing you the latest sustainable products to help you reduce your consumption, but we also work hard to keep you informed and in the loop about current events regarding the environment.

Here is our running list of implemented plastic and paper bag bans and fees across the world. Please note the dates we have listed record the day the legislation passed, not the date the legislation went into effect. We'll be working hard to keep this information updated so you can stay in the know, but let us know if we missed a new addition, or if you have any suggestions or questions.
